Shipping Methods

We can no longer guarantee delivery dates until further notice, due to the pandemic and USPS delays as of April 2020. We are also experiencing delays in inventory shipments. Thank you for your patience.

Production time varies from 3 business days to 3 weeks depending on the product, service, and quantity selected. If you have a deadline, simply notify and we’ll do everything within our power to meet it. We ship our gift baskets via the Unites States Postal Service and UPS depending on the shipping method and destination. Your item(s) will originate from Maryland. 

Orders placed on the weekend or on holidays will be reviewed on the following business day. If you need your item(s) delivered on a specific date, please contact us directly at (240) 583-1703. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Jewish holidays are not considered delivery days.

Please be sure to double check the delivery address you provide and include any floor, suite or apartment # if applicable. We cannot guarantee delivery if the address is incorrect or incomplete. Additional charges for incorrect addresses will apply should any corrections occur.

USPS Priority shipping costs will be No Less Than $7.75. USPS Express no less than $25. NO discounts are available on shipping.

Shipping costs are calculated in real time in the shopping cart at time of checkout, and will be displayed beside each shipping method option. The cost is determined by current USPS shipping rates and are based on the size, weight and dimensions of the order. If there is a difference in shipping, you will receive a refund of the difference.

Hopeless RHOmantic, LLC is not responsible for stolen packages or incorrect/Incomplete addresses. Customers can file a claim with USPS. We will do our best to assist you in the process.

If a customer places an order and leave for vacation, it is their responsibility to retrieve package OR make arrangements with the post office. Contact the Local post office for further information or visit https://holdmail.usps.com/holdmail/

Signature Confirmation™ Cost $3.15. Add security by requiring a signature. A delivery record is kept by USPS and is available electronically.

Priority Mail Express shipments include up to $100 of insurance and Priority Mail shipments may include up to $50. For more valuable shipments, additional coverage is usually available on our Home Page.

In the case of inclement weather (blizzard, thunderstorm, flooding etc.) at the departing or arrival post office location, expect delays. We cannot guarantee delivery.
